The Power of Expression

This is Ruby. This is her favorite expression as of late.

But she has varied and powerful expressions.

It's strange. I'll look at her, and whatever look is on her face, I almost involuntarily make the face, or feel the emotion that goes with the face. She can light up a room with her smile, she can darken it with her grimace.

This is Ruby on her first day of school ever. She is a preschooler (as of August 31). I love her so so much. I hope she chooses to use her power for good, not evil.
