We Did It!

After weeks of searching, we finally bought a home. ... and it wasn't the one we intended to buy. After having two deals fall through, we had resigned ourselves to making an offer on a place we came to call "stinky house" (mostly because the people who lived there previously were smokers). ... But ... just before we signed the papers, the realtor showed us one more place. And Karin loved it immediately! (ok, I like it too) ... We made the offer and they accepted. This must be the home we were meant to have.

Its a four bedroom two bath mobile home on an acre of land out in the country. The home was built in 2002 and in excellent shape. It's small (1500 sq. ft.), but efficient, and we won't be overextended financially. And, as usual, Denny (by the way, this is Karin speaking now) is busy planning decks, carports, sheds, fences, etc. That'll keep his pretty little head busy for a while!!
