Road Trip 07 ... The Oregon Adventure Begins

As we headed North dropping out of the Siskyu Mtns and into the lush valleys of Oregon (Oh-ree-gawn for our East coast friends) , we were reminded once again why we left the rain forest for the sunshine of Florida. The skies quickly changed from that friendly blue we've grown accustomed to to the depressing gray that is so common in the Pacific Northwest. .... Matt and Wendy's new home is a great mountain retreat. His house has six bedrooms giving each child a bedroom (accept when someone like grandpa and grandma show up when they have to double up. ... Thanks to Rebeca for giving up her room for our stay!) These photos were taken on Saturday when the sun actually shined! ...
